The Ultimate 4 Wk Kickstart Program Entails:
1. An Initial consult, plus 1hr one on one personal training sessions each week.
2. A Nutrition Package from a registered dietician. Meals, portion sizes, calories all outlined for you.
3. 5am-11pm gym access 7 days p/wk – With 2 Workout of the Day (W.O.D) Screens to follow.
One displays a traditional resistance 6wk training cycle, the other a Crossfit style workout.
4. Unlimited group fitness sessions from our timetable including: HIIT, Function Training, Kickboxing and ZUU Fitness all taught by industry leading personal trainers.

The main reason for bringing ZUU to FH is because of its unique culture; ZUU focuses on people first and fitness second.
