Scott Fox Director of FH Adelaide, has over 15 years’ experience in the Fitness industry, Scott is one of the most passionate and qualified Trainers in Adelaide.
Scott’s clientele is large and varied. From people looking to lose weight, get back in shape, and improve fitness, to working with people needing to achieve major fitness goals to apply for intense Fire and Army services or compete in their sports at an elite level.
With an Army and Navy background, Scott has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training for specific goals and events. He has numerous Spartan and True Grit Obstacle racing medals under his belt, including 24hr races, as well as his specialized training knowledge from earlier career paths. This is evident with the improvement of his Athletes performances in Rowing, Tennis, obstacle races and many more.
Scott runs the Group Fitness classes at Fitness habitat with a mix of HIIT, Functional and Boxing, always bringing fresh new formats to the classes, leading to his successful loyal following of FH members, some for over a decade now.
As well as Personal Training, Scott also offers customized programs for people to use when they come to the gym. This helps people achieve their goals that may not have the budget for a personal trainer regularly. With this you’ll have a set plan for the next 6 weeks for what you need to do when you come into the Gym.
Qualifications
At a young age Greg gained an interest in fitness, wellbeing and Adventure Sports. He spent 25 years working as a Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager and now has a passion in biomechanics and performance development in every part of life.
With a wealth of experience, Greg creates effective goal specific programs which strengthen weaknesses, helping others reach their personalised goals.
His specialty, maintaining strength and conditioning programs for individualised sports, coaching his clients to work hard and train at the best of their ability, while enjoying the journey.
Qualifications
His passion for fitness started at a young age, playing basketball for 20+ years representing both schools and university.
In 2019 he found his passion for Ninja Warrior activities. He has been training hard since, competing a few times and achieving 2nd place a few years in a row; giving Marvin the opportunity to represent South Australia in the Australian Ninja Games.
Whilst doing Ninja training, he became obsessed with bodyweight training and started his journey with ZUU - The High Intensity - Low Impact bodyweight Training Style. Combining both activities has helped him with recovering his body’s mobility issues, leading to better injury prevention - something Marvin is extremely passionate about for his clients.
