MY GUIDE TO A GREAT WORKOUT WEEK….

A lot of clients ask me about workout plans / outlines. So here’s a guide on how to structure your weekly workouts to cover your bases evenly.
As a rule of thumb, if you train full body, you should take at least 1 recovery day between resistance
workouts. If you train Upper body or one major muscle group only, then lower body or a different major
muscle group you can train without recovery days. There are always exceptions to the rules though, some
people resistance train their Upper body only and run or ride in their recovery days and rarely train legs.
You got to play with what works best for you.
